Welcome to the Alabama Judicial System’s Electronic publishing page. We are committed to automating our court system and providing Alabama taxpayers with the quality customer service and media in an electronic format.

                We are in the process of converting to Demand Printing (also referred to as “Just in Time Printing”) which will be available at all Alabama Judicial services websites. It allows documents to be stored electronically and printed in virtually any quantity whenever requirements for “additional” copies arise.

                The links below provide methods to access and acquire both electronic and print media. Additionally, the Search feature within the Forms and Electronic Library function at the top of this site provide basic and advanced search capabilities for published products available on our alacourt.gov website. The following forms are available in portable document format (PDF) for the public and other users of the Judicial Department website. For your convenience, many of the forms are fillable from within your browser or may be saved to your computer and used without accessing the internet. Adobe Reader, a free software package available at www.adobe.com, is required.

                Note: Many of the recently posted forms require the user to update Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher. In addition, it may be necessary for users to download and install the most current print driver for their particular printer in order to ensure that the forms print correctly. These forms are available to the public, attorneys and Law firms via the Judicial Department’s website. We encourage you to use the website to complete and print forms whenever possible. AJS forms are under constant review and not all forms are available on the website at this time.
